*Juno Award and CFMA nominee Eileen McGann is a Celtic-Canadian singer and songwriter who has been touring Canada, the US and Great Britain for more than 40 years. She has been widely acclaimed as one of Canada’s finest songwriters, with seven top-rated albums, plus many songs recorded by other artists, and a 50-song songbook published in a volume of The Essential Canadian Songwriter series. She is known as a writer of many songs in defence of the earth, as well as new songs in the Celtic tradition. Although she mainly tours elsewhere, she has been a resident of Mill Bay, BC for more than 25 years.

*Eileen McGann is also an award-winning visual art who works in studio and en plein air, in acrylic, pastel and watercolour. Her paintings are notable for their intense and beautiful colour, and expressively interpreted representations of Canada’s trees, mountains, lakes and oceans.
