DESCRIPTION:The music of Trevor Davies with Tyler Lieb (Enjoy this updated special price for the final Spotlight of 2023 – $5) \nTrevor Davies (Vocals\, Guitars\, Keyboards\, Computer) \nSinger-songwriter\, guitarist & multi-instrumentalist Trevor has spent most of his life between Cowichan Valley & Montréal. After studying jazz at VIU he relocated to QC for 7 yrs. Since returning to the Valley in 2021\, he has produced a full-length album at Silverside Sound in Cobble Hill & is teaching music in Duncan & on Penelakut Island. In this performance Trevor is simultaneously playing live instruments & using software to create loops & layers and manipulate sounds to create music on the spot… songs which have been described as “sweeping\, lyrical\, instant\, tender & anthemic.” \nTyler Lieb (Pedal Steel\, Guitars\, Bass) \nAn accomplished multi-instrumentalist\, Tyler is most often found on stage playing Pedal Steel\, Guitars & Bass with fellow musicians such as Leeroy Stagger\, Oliver Swain\, Sarah Osborne & many others. Tyler is also a busy studio musician\, having played on dozens of recordings for musicians all around the world\, including Trevor’s most recent release “Revisions”.

DESCRIPTION:An ‘Art Book’ Workshop\, offered by CSAG board member Trisha Klus \n  \nPop up books are always a delight! In this workshop\, participants will learn how to make a variety of entertaining pop up mechanisms which will be connected to the pages of our book\, protected by a soft wrap cover. Participants will take home a wonderful unique Pop Up Book as we as notes to use as a reference for future projects. \nAll materials supplied by instructor! \nSaturday\, April 29th \n10am to 3:30pm \nLocation:  \nEvergreen School\, Salal Room \n3515 Watson Road\, Cobble Hill \n$125 \nTrisha Klus is a lettering and book artist specializing in calligraphy and hand bound artist books and she has currently been creating with a focus on interactive books.
