Membership Payment
Thank you for submitting your application for a Cowichan South Arts Guild Membership! Your submission has been received and is pending review.
You membership will come into effect after payment is received. In the unlikely event that your application is not approved you will be contacted and fully refunded.
PAYMENT METHODS
You can pay online through e-transfer, by cheque, or through debit/credit. Please submit the amount for the membership type you indicated on your membership form. For e-transfer and cheque, please include name and membership type.
ANNUAL MEMBERSHIP (January – December):
- Individual: $15
- Family: $20 (Only one or two parents or guardians of minor children)
- Organizations: $25
You will receive an email once your payment and membership has been approved.
