Cheryl Hebb

Cheryl Hebb is a watercolour artist who co-founded the Victoria Urban Sketchers with her husband and fellow-artist, Brian R. R. Hebb, nearly a decade ago. More recently, Cheryl has been working with acrylic paint as a member of the Maple Bay Painters.
